Distillery Software is growing – join us in welcoming new team members
Introducing three new members of the Condor team: Victoria Franklin, Delivery Consultant, David Dunbier, Software Developer and Anthony Ekwensi — Support Analyst.
Victoria brings experience across pathology services, audit and compliance, David joins us with a software engineering background in cybersecurity and government platforms, and Anthony contributes IT support expertise across managed services and data analytics.

Victoria Franklin
Delivery Consultant
I came to software from science. After a Bachelor of Medical Science I spent ten years in pathology services before moving into business, where I found what I most enjoy: building client relationships and taking projects from concept to delivery. Since then I’ve built applications for all sorts of processes, from electrical testing of mining equipment to managing university partnerships.
At Distillery I’m working in investigation and intelligence for the first time, a real shift from my audit and compliance background and a genuinely interesting one. I like that the team is close at hand and always willing to help.
Outside work I’m usually crocheting, under one of my two young kelpies or my fifteen-year-old cat, watching my daughters play soccer and rugby, or enjoying a bad sci-fi doomsday film and some Aussie hip-hop. Occasionally I pick up the clarinet.
David Dunbier
Software Developer
I’ve wanted to build things that work for people since I started university. I grew up in the country, where my first “contract” was a spreadsheet application for my farmer cousins, paid in prime steak. I got into the industry properly before graduating, spending nearly five years at a small Canberra cybersecurity company on research and development for secure operational platforms used by government teams, helping take those products from early experiments to wider adoption.
Distillery is the kind of engineering environment I’d always hoped for: bright people, a lively office, and the chance to learn every part of the business. Condor is a deep platform and I’m still discovering new things in it most days, with plenty of support from the team as I get up to speed.
Outside work I move between sports as the season allows: squash mostly, plus golf, bouldering at Blochaus and the gym. Indoors I’m a board-game and Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast, and lately I’ve been trying my hand at recreational game development.
Anthony Ekwensi
Support Analyst
I’ve spent my career supporting IT systems across managed services and data analytics, working with organisations including Quantium, Towcha MSP and JB Hi-Fi, everything from large user environments to day-to-day technical operations.
Since joining Distillery I’ve enjoyed getting to grips with Condor as a single, focused platform rather than juggling several client environments at once. Going deep on one product and seeing the difference it makes for the agencies that rely on it has been a welcome change, helped along by a team that’s been generous with their time.
Originally from Nigeria, I’ve also lived in China for several years and am fluent in Mandarin. My wife and I recently moved from Melbourne to Canberra and are enjoying settling into a new city. Outside work, you’ll find me playing video games or staying active.
