From Legacy Systems to Leading Solutions: Sports Integrity Australia implements Condor suite
Since its establishment in 2020, Sports Integrity Australia has been at the forefront of safeguarding the integrity of Australian sports.
By uniting the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA), the National Integrity of Sport Unit (NISU), and the national integrity programs of Sport Australia, Sports Integrity Australia has become a central pillar in ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability across the sporting sector.
Prior to 2024, the various Sport Australia integrity programs operated several legacy case management systems.
In a major step towards integrating the functions, and moving to one established, cutting-edge system, Sports Integrity Australia has chosen Condor’s suite as its new enterprise case management system. Condor’s single, cohesive platform will enable seamless end-to-end management of integrity complaints and reports, empowering Sports Integrity Australia to streamline operations and enhance collaboration across its core teams, including:
- Anti-Doping: Investigating and enforcing compliance with anti-doping regulations.
- Safeguarding: Protecting the welfare of athletes and stakeholders.
- Competition Manipulation and Sports Wagering: Addressing issues of match-fixing and betting integrity.
- Education and Prevention: Promoting awareness and preventative measures within the sports community.
- Sport Partnerships: Strengthening collaboration with sporting organisations.
The Condor team is working closely with Sports Integrity Australia to tailor the system to meet the unique needs of each team, ensuring seamless inter-departmental workflows and transparent processes. With this collaboration, Sports Integrity Australia will be equipped to manage its complex responsibilities more effectively than ever.
