She has worked with organisations including NGM Group, Decipha, Expedient Software by e2open, OneStop and Swire Shipping, supporting both major system implementations and ongoing enhancements.

Her background spans requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions. With qualifications in project management, information technology and business from Swinburne University of Technology and TAFE NSW, Peta combines structured methodology with hands-on systems knowledge and a strong operational foundation.

Since joining Distillery Software, she has focused on delivering clear, fit-for-purpose outcomes for clients, working collaboratively across teams to support successful project delivery.

Outside of work, Peta enjoys spending time with her family.

Josh Kelly

Starting date: September 2025

Josh began his IT career in 2019 at a local managed services provider, where he supported multiple small and medium businesses across the Canberra region as a helpdesk, systems, and network administrator. During this time, he developed strong experience across networking, infrastructure, and end-user support, while also building a keen interest in cybersecurity and how it underpins resilient IT environments. In 2025, he decided to take the next step, joining Distillery Software to focus on growing his skills within a single, cohesive environment and contribute to building secure, high-quality systems at scale.

Since joining Distillery, Josh has found the experience a breath of fresh air. He particularly enjoys gaining exposure to new areas such as software development practices, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure, as well as working alongside a highly skilled and supportive team. The strong culture and collaborative environment have made the transition especially rewarding.

Outside of work, Josh is a father to two young children and has lived in Canberra for most of his life, originally growing up in Cooma. When he’s not working, he enjoys hands-on projects around the house, maintaining his car, and spending time gaming—both on PC and at the tabletop. He also enjoys building and upgrading his own PCs whenever the opportunity arises.
