On 1 July 2023, the National Anti-Corruption Commission commenced operation and replaced the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity (ACLEI). The National Anti-Corruption Commission enhances integrity in the Commonwealth public sector by deterring, detecting and preventing corrupt conduct involving Commonwealth public officials. It does this through education, monitoring, investigation, reporting and referral. We look forward to continuing the important work we did with ACLEI, by providing that same support to the NACC – with best-in-class solutions to collect, share and track information effectively while improving accountability and communication.
On 18 July, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) made an announcement confirming that within the first 17 days of operation they had received a staggering 437 referrals: https://www.nacc.gov.au/news-and-media/update-reports-made-national-anti-corruption-commission-18-Jul-2023
